Starting a blog

Hi, I'm Nomad Jun.

I used to be quite active on Threads, mostly posting about my digital nomad life in Korea, along with IT and investing topics.

With 11K followers, my posts were pulling in around one to three million views almost every month — and then the account was suddenly gone. It may have had something to do with the speech-restriction law that took effect on July 7, but to this day I don't know the exact reason. So this time, I've decided to keep my records in a space of my own instead of someone else's platform.

Going forward, I think this blog itself will become both my portfolio and a record of my life.

I added a blog to my portfolio site.

Nothing fancy planned. I'll write short markdown posts about things I learn, bugs I chase down, and stuff worth writing down while I work.

Posts can exist in only one language. If you visit in a language a post doesn't have, you'll see the other version with a small note saying it's not the original language.
